Motorola’s upcoming Edge 70 Neo has moved closer to the spotlight once again. After an accidental tease and earlier design leaks, the device is now back in the news with a fresh set of specifications, giving potential buyers a clearer idea of what to expect from the mid-range handset.

The latest leak suggests that the Motorola Edge 70 Neo will come equipped with a large 6.78-inch AMOLED screen. The display is said to support a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling, gaming, and everyday navigation feel more fluid.

On the performance side, the phone is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. This platform is expected to offer a balanced mix of performance and efficiency for the device’s target segment.

Camera details are also part of the new leak. The Edge 70 Neo is reportedly going to feature a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera at the back, paired with a 2MP macro sensor. The leak also points to a possible rear-mounted light sensor. Up front, Motorola is said to include a 32MP selfie camera for photos and video calls.

One of the biggest highlights from the report is the battery. The handset is tipped to carry a massive 7,000mAh cell, which could provide strong endurance for users who want longer usage between charges. The device is also expected to support 45W fast charging.

Additional details mention that the Motorola Edge 70 Neo may arrive with an IP64 rating and run Android 16 from the start. The leak also confirms the color names previously seen in earlier renders, reportedly including Gray Lilac, Mountain View, Milky Blue, and Sage.

Although the report does not reveal an exact launch date, the growing number of leaks suggests that Motorola could unveil the Edge 70 Neo in the near future.
