Samsung Galaxy M15 and Galaxy Xcover7 Receive One UI 8.5 Update

Samsung continues to roll out the One UI 8.5 update for its older devices. Today, the Galaxy M15 and Galaxy Xcover7 are the latest smartphones to receive this upgrade.

The M15's update is rolling out in Korea with firmware version M156SKSU8DZE4, which includes the May 2026 security patch. In contrast, the Xcover7 is receiving the new software in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, identified by version G556BXXUFEZEB.

Both devices will see the rollout expand to additional markets in the coming days and weeks. Users of either smartphone can check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
