The Amazfit Balance 3 is equipped with a 1.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels, protected by sapphire glass. This model boasts a peak brightness increase of 50%, reaching 3,000 nits. It features a total of four buttons, including a rotating crown and a button on the right, along with two additional buttons on the left side.

This smartwatch houses a 658mAh battery, providing up to 21 days of usage on a single charge, consistent with the Balance 2. The dual-band GPS system has become more efficient, offering up to 41 hours of battery life in Accuracy Mode, an improvement from the previous 33 hours.

The Balance 3 comes in a stainless steel case, with a titanium version set to be released soon. Regardless of the material, the watch is rated for 10 ATM water resistance, making it suitable for activities such as open water swimming, fin swimming, and free diving up to 45 meters.

The casing is slightly thicker at 12.5mm (14.6mm with the heart rate sensor), compared to the 12.3mm thickness of its predecessor, while the diameter has increased to 51.4mm from 47.4mm.

The Amazfit Balance Ultra features a titanium body, measuring 51.8mm in diameter and 13.4mm thick (15.5mm with the heart rate sensor). This model includes a larger 780mAh battery, supporting up to 30 days of typical usage and 50 hours in GPS Accuracy Mode.

The Ultra variant is equipped with five buttons, featuring three on the left side, surpassing the Balance 3's layout. Both models share the same screen technology, microphone and speaker configuration, 64GB of storage for offline maps, and support for music and podcasts, as well as the BioTracker 6.0 PPG Biometric Sensor and dual-band GPS capabilities.

The Balance series is named for its ability to support users in both strength and endurance training, as well as in work-life balance and stress management. Amazfit is an official partner of HYROX, an indoor fitness competition, offering structured training plans, race simulations, virtual pace assistance, and race-specific workouts.

The HybridCharge system includes components called BioCharge, LifeLoad, and Training Load. BioCharge provides insights into your body’s energy and recovery states, while LifeLoad tracks lifestyle demands and stress levels, and Training Load assesses the exercise-induced strain.

The Amazfit Balance 3 (stainless steel) is available now for £370, an increase from £300 for the Balance 2. The upcoming titanium version is expected to retail for £450. Meanwhile, the Amazfit Balance Ultra is currently available at £600 and includes two straps (synthetic leather and silicone) in the package.
