Recent leaks have unveiled details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro, marking its place in the latest lineup beside the Galaxy S27 and S27 Ultra. Unlike its Ultra counterpart, the S27 Pro presents itself as a more compact flagship option that retains stylish features and high-end specs, minus the S Pen.
Taking cues from the Galaxy S27 Ultra, the S27 Pro flaunts a striking camera island design reminiscent of Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models. The newly designed camera plateau spans almost the full width of the device’s upper rear, while the actual camera lenses are strategically positioned to the left.
According to the latest information, the dimensions of the Galaxy S27 Pro are approximately 154.06 x 73.77 x 7.95 mm, featuring a 6.6" diagonal display. When compared to the Ultra model, the Pro is about 9mm shorter and 5mm narrower, making it a more compact alternative for users seeking a high-performance smartphone.
The device is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC, while some regions may receive versions equipped with Samsung's own Exynos 2700 chipset. The starting configuration is likely to feature 12GB of RAM, with an option for 16GB RAM reserved for higher storage capacity variants.
Camera capabilities mirror its Ultra sibling, with both models featuring a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide-lens. However, the Pro opts for a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom instead.
