Alongside the launch of three new 2026 Razrs and the Moto G87, G47, G37, and G37 Power, Motorola has unveiled the Moto Buds 2 Plus true wireless earbuds. These will be available for purchase later today on Motorola.com for $149.99.

The Moto Buds 2 Plus serve as successors to the original Moto Buds+, which debuted in 2024, and they are priced $50 less than their predecessors. Like the original model, the Moto Buds 2 Plus feature audio technology from Bose. This collaboration is notable, considering Bose's own TWS earbuds, which compete in a similar market segment.

The new earbuds are equipped with 11mm drivers for "full-bodied bass" and Knowles balanced armatures for "clarity and precision". They support Hi-Res Audio via the LHDC codec and feature Spatial Audio capabilities. Additionally, the Moto Buds 2 Plus incorporate Dynamic Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) powered by six microphones. Through the Moto Buds companion app, users can enable CrystalTalk AI, which employs advanced AI noise reduction to enhance voice clarity in noisy settings.

On a single charge, the Moto Buds 2 Plus offer up to 9 hours of playtime, with a total of 40 hours of battery life when including the charging case. The earbuds also support dual connection and the Audio Share feature, enabling two pairs of Moto Buds 2 Plus to connect to the same device, allowing two users to enjoy the same audio content. Moreover, the earbuds come with wear detection technology, which automatically pauses playback when one earbud is removed.
