The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to debut later this month as the first global offering in the Find X-series Ultra lineup. Notable tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed additional details about the device's camera specifications and the upcoming "Master Kit version."
This top-tier variant of the Find X9 Ultra will reportedly come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will feature a distinctive design along with a teleconverter kit that has already surfaced in leaks.

The Find X9 Ultra is expected to be equipped with a quad-camera system, anchored by a 200MP main camera that utilizes a 1/1.12" type sensor. Previous speculation indicates it may incorporate Sony’s Lytia 901 sensor, which was unveiled in late 2025.
Alongside the main camera, the device is anticipated to include a 200MP periscope telephoto camera featuring OmniVision’s 1/1.28" type OV52A sensor. Additionally, leaks support earlier claims of a 50MP 10x telephoto lens and a 50MP ultrawide lens, both likely to utilize Samsung’s 1/2.76" type JN5 sensor. Users can also look forward to a 6.82-inch display boasting 2K resolution and a 50MP selfie camera.
