While the official launch is still on the horizon, Motorola has moved to build momentum for the Signature 27 with a hands-on promo video starring Danny Winget. The clip provides an early look at the company’s next flagship and highlights several of the premium features fans can expect before the full reveal.

The Signature 27 is set to arrive in two Pantone-inspired finishes, Coal Smoke and Capulet Olive, and is confirmed to include Audio by Bang & Olufsen. The display is a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED Duo panel based on LTPO Tandem OLED technology, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 12,000 nits under limited coverage.

Performance specifications have also been confirmed, with the phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset and paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Battery capacity has not yet been disclosed, but Motorola says the device includes a vapor chamber that is 40% larger than the one in the original Signature, at least based on the available comparison. The phone is expected to run Android 17 and will come with a commitment to seven years of OS updates.

The rear camera system features four modules: a 50MP main camera with Sony’s Lytia 910 sensor and LOFIC technology, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens supporting up to 100x digital zoom, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a dedicated action sensor designed to capture fast-moving subjects more sharply. Motorola plans to launch the Signature 27 on November 5.
