Motorola’s Signature 27 is getting an early performance preview ahead of its November 5 launch. The device was announced in September at Snapdragon Summit, where Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processors. The Signature 27 is expected to be powered by the 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, and a new Geekbench listing offers a first look at its benchmark potential.

The Signature 27 unit that appeared on Geekbench 7 is running Android 17 and features 12GB of RAM. It recorded 3,313 points in the single-core test and 11,088 points in the multi-core test. While these numbers are already impressive, final retail models may deliver slightly different performance after software optimization.

Motorola has not yet released the full specification sheet for the Signature 27, but the company has confirmed several key hardware details. The smartphone will include a 50MP Sony LYT 910 primary camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, giving it a strong setup for both everyday photography and zoomed shots. It will also feature an ArcticMesh cooling system with a vapor chamber that is 40% larger than the one found in the previous generation.
Color options and long-term support
Motorola also said the Signature 27 will receive seven years of OS updates, ensuring extended software support. Audio will be handled by Audio by Bang & Olufsen, and the phone is expected to arrive in two color options: Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Capulet Olive.
