The device appears to share many similarities with the 2024 Galaxy Fit3, including comparable overall dimensions. However, leaked watch face assets point to a 258 x 428px display, which would be slightly taller than the Fit3’s 256 x 402px panel.

The updated tracker is said to support up to 12 tiles at once, giving users more screens for quick access to information.

Based on the color palette used in the leaked watch faces, the Galaxy Fit4 is expected to be offered in Black, Silver, and Light Green casing options.
On the fitness and health front, the Fit4 will carry over core tracking features from its predecessor, including step count, active calories, heart rate monitoring with high and low rate alerts, blood oxygen saturation, and stress tracking. The app teardown did not reveal any GPS receiver details, suggesting that built-in GPS will likely be absent.

Sleep tracking is confirmed to work on-device, providing sleep stages, sleep scores, and a sleep coaching option that becomes available after wearing the band for seven days. There is still no official launch date for the Galaxy Fit4, though earlier rumors suggest it will be priced under $100.
