Lava has officially announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Virat Curve, set to debut in India on September 21 at 12 PM local time. As anticipation builds, the brand has unveiled the phone's standout specifications via a dedicated microsite on Flipkart, where it will be available for purchase.

The Virat Curve boasts a stunning 6.67-inch 3D curved AMOLED display, featuring a resolution of 1080x2400 and a 120Hz refresh rate, complemented by impressive 1,100-nit peak brightness. At its core, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 System on Chip (SoC), paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage for a smooth user experience.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the rear-facing 50MP camera equipped with Sony's IMX752 sensor. Additionally, the phone features a "unique" Mini Display designed to showcase notifications, music controls, custom messages, battery status, and emojis at a glance. To keep the device powered, there's a robust 6,000 mAh battery supporting 45W fast wired charging.

The Lava Virat Curve is designed for enhanced durability, boasting dual speakers, an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, and it’s MIL-STD-810H certified. It runs on the clean and user-friendly Android 16, with Lava committing to two major OS updates and three years of security updates.
