Currently, Motorola's Edge lineup includes the Edge 70, Edge 70 Max, Edge 70 Pro, Pro+, Edge 70 Fusion, Fusion+, and the Ultra, but until now, there has been no mention of a Neo variant.

Recent discussions in an online forum have speculated about the imminent arrival of the Edge 70 Neo, triggered by a post from a senior member discussing the Android 17 Beta for this upcoming model. The post has called for participants to join in a firmware beta test tied specifically to the Edge 70 Neo, suggesting that this might not just be a slip of the tongue.

In fact, the participation form requested for the beta testing also explicitly refers to the Edge 70 Neo, reinforcing the anticipation surrounding its launch.

The Neo variant has often represented the more compact form factor within the Edge family, following in the footsteps of the Edge 60 Neo with its 6.36-inch display, similar to its predecessor, the Edge 50 Neo.
