Samsung is taking a bold step into the earbud market with the upcoming release of a new model designed specifically for active users. Following the recent leak of the Galaxy Buds On, fresh illustrations have emerged showcasing a different variant, this one featuring an innovative ear hook design aimed at fitness enthusiasts.
Reportedly codenamed Buds Canal 5, these earbuds are engineered for workout and running sessions, featuring flat hooks that promise a secure fit during intense activities. Their ear tip design appears versatile, allowing users to choose between in-ear and semi-in-ear options for comfort.
While images of the charging case are not yet available, it is expected that these earbuds will include a case for convenient charging. The anticipated announcement for this new product, along with the Galaxy Buds On and the Galaxy S26 FE, is speculated to take place in early September.
This marks an exciting venture for Samsung, as they prepare to introduce two distinct styles of earbuds simultaneously, broadening their offerings beyond the traditional in-ear and semi-in-ear designs that have characterized their previous models.
