In May, RedMagic announced the upcoming release of its latest gaming tablet, and today the launch date has been confirmed. The device, named the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro for the China market, will debut on June 30.
This tablet is the successor to the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro, which was rebranded as the RedMagic Astra in international markets. Hence, it is expected that the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro may be launched as the RedMagic Astra 2 globally.
Official Images of the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro
The company has released official images showcasing the tablet in two color options. Notably, it features water cooling technology, which RedMagic claims enhances the device's comfort during use. The water cooling pipes are prominently displayed on the back of the tablet.
According to rumors, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and will feature a 9-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 185Hz.
