Tecno has expanded its Slim series with the launch of the Camon Slim. While it shares some specifications and aesthetics with the Pova Slim and Spark Slim, the Camon Slim has a unique identity.
This device boasts a sophisticated design with a 6.39mm curved unibody, available in five stylish finishes. One standout option, New Mondrian, features the iconic Mondrian pattern enhanced by a photochromic finish that reveals vibrant blocks of yellow, green, and cyan when exposed to ultraviolet light.
Additional colorways include Prism Black and Jungle Green, both enhanced by a 3D crystal diamond pattern. The Van Gogh Blue rendition showcases the famous Starry Night alongside a matte texture.
For durability, the phone holds IP69 and IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
In terms of specifications, the Camon Slim features a 6.78-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1224x2720 pixels. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 SoC, backed by 8GB of RAM. Users will have the option of 128GB or 256GB of storage, along with a robust 5,600mAh battery supporting 60W charging.
The camera setup includes a primary 50MP Lytia 600 (1/2") unit on the back, complemented by a 32MP front-facing selfie camera.
A distinctive LED panel resides between the dual lenses within the camera island on the rear, featuring 354 LEDs and 55 bespoke lighting scenes. A quick video demonstration highlights its capabilities.
