The vivo S50 series is set to launch soon in China. Ahead of the official release, the vivo S50 has appeared on the China Telecom website, revealing its complete specifications.
The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

The vivo S50 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2750 x 1260 pixels. It runs OriginOS 16 based on Android 16.
According to the listing, the smartphone is equipped with a large 6,500mAh battery. Its camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide camera on the rear, complemented by a 50MP front-facing camera.

The vivo S50 and S50 Pro mini will officially launch in China on December 15. The S50 Pro mini is confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto sensor, a 6.31-inch display, and a 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W wired charging.
