The official launch date for the Realme 16 Pro series is yet to be announced, but the company has started releasing teasers revealing key features. The Realme India store already features a landing page with several confirmed details.
Firstly, the teaser confirms the presence of a periscope zoom camera. It showcases 1x, 3.5x, and 10x magnification levels, likely indicating 3.5x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom. This is a notable upgrade, considering the Realme 15 Pro lacked a telephoto lens, while the 14 Pro+ featured a 3x/73mm periscope camera.

Moving on, the Realme 16 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset. While previous models typically have used Snapdragon 7-series processors, this teaser suggests the new device will feature a more powerful chip than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 found in the 15 Pro. Since neither the Snapdragon 7 Gen 5 nor the 7+ Gen 4 have been released yet, the exact chipset remains speculative.

The phone is also expected to come with a sizable battery, likely exceeding 6,500mAh. Although the teaser is not explicit about the exact capacity, unofficial sources suggest a 7,000mAh battery.

For the Chinese market, rumors indicate the Realme 16 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display and a 200MP primary camera. It is uncertain whether these specifications will carry over to the Indian version.

On the software front, the Realme 16 Pro will launch with Android 16 and will receive three years of operating system updates, along with an additional year of security patches.
