When vivo and iQOO announced the global launch of OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, marking the end of the OriginOS and FuntouchOS split, they also shared a rollout schedule for existing devices. However, the timeline proved somewhat misleading.
For instance, the 2023 iQOO 12 was expected to receive the OriginOS 6 update by mid-November. While the update arrived as promised, it was initially released as a public beta rather than a stable version, available through the phone's Settings for users to opt into.

Now, the stable rollout for international iQOO 12 units appears to have commenced, confirmed by the screenshots captured from our test device shown above. So, if you have been waiting since mid-November for the stable OriginOS 6 update, it is finally being released.

The update on our unit with model number I2220 carries the build number PD2307CF_EX_A_16.2.11.1.W20 and includes the security patch level dated November 1, 2025.
