vivo is finalizing preparations for the official release of the X300 Ultra, despite the launch not occurring this year. The device, model number V2536A, has recently been certified in China, confirming support for 100W fast charging.

Notably, the phone features 100W USB PPS charging at 20V/5A, delivering charging speeds comparable to vivo's proprietary FlashCharge technology.

Leaks suggest the X300 Ultra will house a large 7,000mAh battery. By comparison, the previous X200 Ultra came with a 6,000mAh battery and supported 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The current vivo X300 Pro packs a 6,510mAh battery in its Chinese variant, while the global model offers a smaller 5,440mAh unit. The global version of the Ultra might similarly feature a reduced battery capacity, though official details are pending.

The vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to have global availability. It will include two 200MP sensors: a large 1/1.12-inch main sensor and a 1/1.4-inch telephoto sensor. Additionally, it will feature a 50MP ultra-wide camera equipped with an exceptionally large 1/1.28-inch sensor—bigger than the main sensors found on some recent flagship devices. Unlike other X300 models that use the Dimensity 9500 chipset, the Ultra variant is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite processor.

The launch is anticipated around the end of Q1 next year, with the previous X200 Ultra having debuted in April.
