Honor has officially expanded its Magic8 lineup with the launch of the Magic8 Lite, following its initial unboxing in November. Positioned as the most affordable model in the series, the Magic8 Lite succeeds the Magic7 Lite, which debuted earlier this year in January.

The device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor and is equipped with 8GB of RAM. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB variants. It features a 6.79-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1200x2640 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. Photography capabilities include a 108MP main camera, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera. One of the standout features is its large 7,500mAh battery, supporting 66W wired fast charging.

The phone carries IP66, IP68, and IP69K certifications for dust and water resistance. Available in Forest Green, Midnight Black, and Reddish Brown, the Magic8 Lite is also designed to endure drops from up to 2.5 meters onto surfaces like marble, according to Honor.

Measuring 161.9 x 76.1 x 7.76 mm and weighing 189 grams, the device runs Android 15 with Honor’s MagicOS 9 overlay. Notably, it does not come with Android 16, which was released six months prior.
Honor has not yet announced pricing details but confirmed that the Magic8 Lite will be available in Europe starting January 2026.
