If you own a Galaxy S25, S25+, or S25 Ultra, it’s time to check the Samsung Members app. Starting December 8, 2025, Samsung has begun rolling out the One UI 8.5 beta update in select regions including the U.S., UK, Germany, India, Korea, and Poland.

- Storage Share: One of the standout ecosystem enhancements. This feature allows you to access files on your phone directly from other Samsung devices like tablets, PCs, or TVs — as long as they share the same Samsung account.
- Audio Broadcast: Utilizing Auracast, this feature lets you use your phone’s microphone to transmit audio to nearby Bluetooth LE Audio devices. This essentially turns your phone into a portable PA system, ideal for guided tours or public announcements.
- Photo Assist & Quick Share: You can now edit photos continuously without needing to save every edit as a separate draft. Additionally, Quick Share gets a boost with facial recognition capabilities to smartly suggest contacts for sharing your images.
- Theft Protection: Introducing "Failed Authentication Lock", which secures your device by locking it when multiple unsuccessful biometric or password attempts are detected.
