Last week’s poll results are clear: while the Poco F8 Ultra may not claim the flagship crown, it stands out as the preferred Poco F8 model. Priced aggressively, it challenges buyers to reconsider the value of higher-end features offered by more expensive models.
Poco’s official website still lists the Ultra at its early bird price of €700 for the 256GB version and €750 for the 512GB variant, though both are currently marked as out of stock. Amazon briefly offered better prices at €650 and €700, respectively. For context, the Realme GT 8 Pro with a 512GB capacity is priced at €1,100, including a free 120W charger and Realme Buds Clip.

The significant price gap makes the Poco F8 Ultra an attractive option. Many expect discounts to make it even more appealing over time, with some suggesting waiting six months for the best deals.
The Poco F8 Ultra features a powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset but has received criticism for its inadequate cooling system. Additionally, its display falls short of the claimed brightness, which has disappointed some users.
The Poco F8 Pro, meanwhile, offers Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 performance at a more affordable price point. However, its 8MP ultra-wide camera has been a point of contention among reviewers. Currently, if you can still find the Poco F7 Ultra at a similar price, it remains a preferable option for some buyers, though availability is dwindling.

As shown in the chart above, voters clearly favor the Poco F8 Ultra over the F8 Pro. Changes in discounting trends could alter this preference in the future.
It is important to note that many users report stock shortages for Poco F8 models in various regions, so interested buyers may face some waiting time.
