Samsung is reportedly working on a faster wireless charger to complement the upcoming Galaxy S26 series, set to launch next year. The new charger, identified by model number EP-P2900, is expected to support 25W wireless charging, a significant upgrade from the current 15W Qi2 wireless charger.

Retailer information suggests the new charger will feature a dark gray finish and be compatible with the Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series smartphones, as well as the Galaxy Buds wireless earphones.
Leaks have indicated that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will support 25W wireless charging, while the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ are expected to support 20W wireless charging. For wired charging, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to offer up to 60W, with the S26 and S26+ supporting 25W and 45W, respectively.
