Motorola has been hinting at the launch of a sleek new smartphone in India, which has now been confirmed as the Motorola Edge 70, thanks to a promotional page on Indian e-commerce platform Flipkart.
Flipkart’s promo page announces the Motorola Edge 70 as "coming soon," though no official launch date has been disclosed. According to rumors, the smartphone is expected to launch in India around December 15, with a price predicted to be under INR 35,000.
Motorola Edge 70Additionally, it is rumored that the Indian variant of the Edge 70 will feature a larger battery while maintaining its slim 5.99 mm thickness. The global version is equipped with a 4,800 mAh Si/C battery.
The global Motorola Edge 70 boasts impressive specifications including the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, Android 16, and a 6.7-inch 1220p 120Hz P-OLED display. It supports 68W fast charging and sports a triple 50MP camera setup with primary, ultrawide, and selfie lenses.
