vivo introduced the X300 alongside the X300 Pro in October in China, followed by a global launch later that month. The X300 serves as a smaller flagship smartphone, acting more as a spiritual successor to last year’s X200 Pro mini than the X200, despite what the naming might suggest.
vivo X300 5G Specifications and Pricing
Is the vivo X300 compelling enough for those seeking a compact, yet powerful flagship smartphone? Watch our detailed video review below to find out.
The X300 impresses with its photography capabilities, featuring a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. On the front, it sports a 50MP selfie camera equipped with autofocus for sharp self-portraits.
Under the hood, the device runs on MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset, coupled with generous RAM and fast UFS 4.1 storage. Its 6.31-inch display offers a 1216x2640 resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and strong brightness levels.
One potential drawback is the battery capacity in the EU version, which is 5,360 mAh. While this is larger than the battery found in the similarly sized Samsung Galaxy S25, it is somewhat smaller than offerings from some other Chinese competitors.
