A reliable tipster revealed that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will feature an upgraded Leica lens coating, designed to deliver improved clarity, reduced reflections, and minimized chromatic aberration.

Recent leaks also suggest that the upcoming Ultra model will sport a triple rear camera setup. In comparison, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra featured a quad-camera system with dual telephoto lenses. The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to revert to a single telephoto sensor.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will likely be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Additional features are anticipated to include a large-capacity battery, a flat display, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, satellite connectivity, and other enhancements.
This model will join the recently launched Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max in Xiaomi’s flagship lineup.
