The vivo X300 Ultra will be the final model in the X300 series and the successor to the X200 Ultra. Although vivo has not yet released any official information about the Ultra variant, recent leaks have revealed key details, including its battery capacity and anticipated launch timeframe.
According to a reliable source, the X300 Ultra is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2026, consistent with the X200 Ultra’s release in April 2023.
