Smartphone manufacturer Infinix is partnering with renowned Italian design house Pininfarina for its upcoming flagship device, according to a source familiar with the company’s roadmap.
Pininfarina, famous for its iconic work with luxury automotive brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo, brings a legacy of exceptional design to this collaboration. This will be Pininfarina’s first venture into smartphone design.
The upcoming Infinix flagship is expected to incorporate both hardware design elements and user interface features crafted by Pininfarina. Although specific details of the partnership have yet to be disclosed, Infinix plans to make an official announcement in December.
This partnership follows Infinix’s previous collaborations with design studios, including a project with BMW’s DesignWorks team for the Note 30 VIP Racing Edition and the Note 40 series racing edition.
