At a global event in Bali, Indonesia, Poco unveiled the Poco F8 series alongside two new tablets — the Poco Pad X1 and the Pad M1.
The Poco Pad X1 features an 11.2-inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 3.2K resolution, and 800 nits peak brightness. It supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, and includes a Sunlight mode for enhanced outdoor visibility.
Under the hood, the Pad X1 is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Running Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, the tablet offers Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.
Photography needs are met with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing sensor. The Pad X1 packs an 8,850mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
Audio is delivered via quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and an IR blaster is also included. The tablet boasts an all-metal unibody design, available in Blue and Grey, measuring 6.18mm in thickness and weighing 500g.
The Poco Pad M1 sports a larger 12.1-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2.5K resolution, and up to 600 nits brightness (HBM). It supports Dolby Vision and comes with a Sunlight mode as well.
Powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, the Pad M1 includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via microSD card.
It features dual 8MP cameras, front and rear, and is equipped with a large 12,000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and it runs HyperOS 2 with AI enhancements. Audio comes from quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The Pad M1 measures 7.5mm thin, weighs 610g, and is available in Blue and Grey color variants.
The Poco Pad X1 is priced at $349 for the 8GB/512GB model during an early-bird offer, rising to $399 afterward. The Pad M1’s 8GB/256GB variant costs $279 initially and increases to $329 once the promotion ends.
Poco also introduced a Floating Keyboard accessory for the Pad X1 at $199. Additional accessories such as a protective Cover, a standard Keyboard, and the Poco Focus Pen will be offered for both tablets.
