Smartphone manufacturer Infinix is collaborating with renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina on its next flagship device, according to an insider familiar with the company’s plans.
Pininfarina, famous for its exceptional work with iconic automotive brands like Ferrari, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo, brings a distinguished design legacy to this partnership. This marks the design studio’s first venture into the smartphone industry.
The upcoming Infinix flagship is expected to showcase unique hardware design elements as well as user interface enhancements developed by Pininfarina. While complete details about the collaboration remain under wraps, Infinix plans to announce it officially in December.
This collaboration follows Infinix’s previous partnerships with design studios, including its work with BMW’s DesignWorks team for the Note 30 VIP Racing Edition and the Note 40 series Racing Edition.
