The Poco F8 series is just a day away from its official announcement, but we have an exclusive early look at the devices' designs. With permission granted, we are excited to share the first images and impressions of both the Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro.
Here is the Poco F8 Ultra in Denim Blue alongside the Poco F8 Pro in Silver. The F8 Ultra features a unique textured back that mimics denim fabric, though the feel is more rubberized to the touch. Notably, it also sports a physical Bose-branded speaker on the rear, highlighting its enhanced audio capabilities.
The Poco F8 Pro has a more understated design but also benefits from Bose audio enhancements, promising an impressive speaker system. While we cannot disclose full specifications yet, several details are already known ahead of the launch.
The Poco F8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, whereas the Ultra is equipped with the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Additionally, the F8 Ultra includes a dedicated VisionBoost D8 chip, which aims to improve image detail and AI-powered super-resolution.
Regarding battery capacity, the F8 Pro packs a 6,210mAh unit, while the Ultra boasts a larger 6,500mAh battery.
Handling the Poco F8 Pro reveals a well-built, solid device. It strikes a good balance between sturdiness and weight, hinting at the sizable battery housed inside. The display measures between 6.5 and 6.8 inches, offering a comfortable screen size for everyday use.
