Apple is rumored to release its first foldable iPhone next year, tentatively named the iPhone Fold. Recent analyst insights suggest the device will carry a premium price tag.
According to a Fubon Research analyst, who based the estimate on supply chain data and Apple’s margin strategies, the iPhone Fold is expected to retail for around $2,399.

For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 starts at $1,999. Apple’s higher price is attributed to the advanced materials and components used in the iPhone Fold, including its display panel, hinge mechanism, and lightweight design elements.
Fubon Research projects Apple will sell approximately 15.4 million units of the foldable iPhone, with 5.4 million expected in 2026 alone.
