After the visually striking 'Liquid Glass’ interface and various new functionalities introduced with iOS 26, Apple is shifting its focus with the upcoming iOS 27 update towards enhancing performance and integrating advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.
Industry insider Mark Gurman from Bloomberg reveals that iOS 27 will prioritize system quality improvements, aiming to address bugs, boost core performance, and strengthen overall platform stability. These refinements are designed to create a smoother and more reliable iPhone experience.
Beyond these optimizations, Apple intends to expand its AI reach across more native apps. The update is expected to introduce a health-centric AI assistant and enhanced AI-powered web search features. Furthermore, Apple is reportedly developing a sophisticated chatbot named 'Veritas’, which could significantly upgrade Siri’s functionality and responsiveness.
