After recently launching the nubia V80 Design, nubia has introduced the V80 Pro, which is currently listed for sale in Mexico and is expected to reach additional markets soon. This new model maintains much of the same core specifications as the V80 Design but offers some notable enhancements, particularly in its camera capabilities.
The nubia V80 Pro features a 6.75-inch display with a resolution of 900 x 1940 pixels and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Unisoc T7280 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and offers 256GB of storage that can be expanded further. The device is fueled by a sizeable 5,000 mAh battery, promising solid endurance.

In camera terms, the highlight of the V80 Pro is its upgraded 108MP main camera on the back, accompanied by two auxiliary cameras—a 2MP sensor and an AI camera used mainly for decorative and enhancement purposes. Selfie enthusiasts will find a 16MP front-facing camera for capturing clear photos. The phone's dimensions are 166 x 79 x 7.7 mm, and it weighs 195 grams, making it relatively slim and lightweight.
Additional features include a fingerprint scanner for security, a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio connectivity, and support limited to 4G networks—there is no 5G capability onboard. The device runs Android 16 out of the box and is expected to go on sale in December, although pricing details have not been announced yet.
When comparing the nubia V80 Pro to the recently launched nubia V80 Design and its ZTE Blade V80 Design counterpart, the primary difference lies in the camera resolution, with the Pro model boasting a superior 108MP main sensor. Otherwise, their specifications closely mirror each other.
