vivo recently unveiled the X300 and X300 Pro models, and anticipation is now building for the arrival of the X300 Ultra, expected to launch next year. This latest flagship is set to round out vivo’s X300 series, following the X200 Ultra's debut last April.
Reliable leaker Digital Chat Station has confirmed that the X300 Ultra will sport two impressive 200MP cameras — a primary main sensor and a periscope telephoto lens. The main camera will feature a 35mm focal length, offering versatile photography, while the telephoto lens promises notable improvements over the X200 Ultra’s setup.

A standout highlight is the ultrawide camera, which will boast a 50MP resolution paired with a large 1/1.28" sensor – one of the biggest ever implemented in an ultrawide shooter. vivo is also hinting at “technologically advanced image enhancement” features, which could indicate the inclusion of a dedicated image processing chip or enhanced AI algorithms to push photographic quality even further.
Further rumors point to the X300 Ultra sharing the same 50MP front-facing camera as the Pro model, ensuring high-resolution selfies. Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, delivering top-tier performance.
