Nothing OS 4.0, the latest iteration of Nothing's custom Android skin built on Android 16, was first announced in September. Since then, the company has been refining the software through a series of open beta releases. Now, users eagerly awaiting the stable version can mark their calendars, as Nothing has confirmed the official rollout date.
The stable release of Nothing OS 4.0 will begin rolling out on November 21. Alongside the update, Nothing plans to host a comprehensive announcement event, likely unveiling all the new features and improvements in greater detail than the initial September preview.
Although Nothing hasn't specified whether the update will be available simultaneously across all supported models, it is expected to follow the industry norm of a phased rollout. This means the Nothing Phone (3), the brand's most premium smartphone to date, will likely be the first to receive the update.
