This preview, held during Honor’s User Carnival event in China, offers a first-hand look at the different versions of the Robot Phone, showcasing varied designs, color schemes, and most notably, the innovative gimbal camera mechanism.

Various colors and finish options of the Honor Robot Phone
Available in Black, White, and Gold, the back of the Robot Phone will feature either a faux leather or glass finish depending on the color option. The build boasts an aluminum chassis with a design reminiscent of the iPhone 17 Pro, complete with a glass window beneath the camera module.

The gimbal setup retracts smoothly into a recessed compartment built into the camera island. This feature is expected to be bolstered by an array of AI capabilities enabling the robotic arm to dynamically adjust and interact with its environment.
While Honor has yet to confirm whether the Robot Phone will enter commercial production or remain a prototype, anticipation is building as more information is expected to emerge prior to MWC 2026.
