The iQOO 15 series expanded last month with the release of the standard iQOO 15. Initially, there were expectations for a more compact variant—the iQOO 15 Mini—which was rumored to feature a 6.3-inch flat display with slim bezels, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded under the screen, and a substantial 7,000 mAh battery to support extended usage.
However, recent information from Digital Chat Station on Weibo indicates that iQOO has officially stopped the development of the iQOO 15 Mini. If confirmed, this decision means that the iQOO 15 lineup next year will consist solely of the iQOO 15 Ultra, which may launch under the name iQOO 15 Pro.
The iQOO 15 Ultra is anticipated to have a strong gaming emphasis, featuring specialized gaming triggers and an integrated cooling fan geared toward enhancing performance during extended gaming sessions. While the iQOO 15 Mini was previously expected to debut alongside the Ultra, it now appears that only the Ultra will move forward in the lineup.
