The update comes in as OxygenOS version 16.0.1.303 and is built upon Android 16. It is currently rolling out over-the-air in India (firmware version CPH2745_16.0.1.303(EX01)) and across the European Union (firmware version CPH2747_16.0.1.303(EX01)).
This fresh update brings the November 2025 Android security patch along with several performance and usability enhancements. Key improvements include:

- Resizable clock for Flux themes
- Ability to stack widgets by dragging one on top of another
- Automatic straightening when cropping and rotating portrait and architectural photos
- Support for videos as ringtones

- New interface for AI LinkBoost Network Engine
- Real-time network acceleration notifications in poor connectivity conditions
- Functionality to test network speed and view detailed network status
