Exciting news for Samsung Galaxy fans as the upcoming Galaxy S26 series is set to come equipped with faster LPDDR5X RAM. The latest leak from Ice Universe suggests that the new flagship phones will boast 10.7Gbps RAM speeds, a significant improvement over the previous S25 series which offered up to 9.6Gbps.

All models in the Galaxy S26 lineup will come with 12GB of RAM as standard, ensuring a smooth and efficient performance across the range. Samsung first introduced LPDDR5X RAM in 2022 with 8.5Gbps speeds, and has since released an updated version with 9.6Gbps speeds in 2024.

The upcoming S26 series is expected to mark another milestone with the introduction of 10.7Gbps RAM speeds, offering users a faster and more responsive experience. Samsung will be using its in-house chips to meet the RAM demand for the entire series, with the official launch of the Galaxy S26 expected to take place on February 25.
