Sony has introduced the next-generation PlayStation Gaming Monitor, specially designed for desktop gaming with the PS5. This 27-inch monitor features bold visuals and impressive performance, perfect for gamers looking for an immersive experience.
Designed by Sony Interactive Entertainment, the monitor boasts a 2560x1440 resolution IPS panel with HDR support and Auto HDR tone mapping. This allows for rich and vivid picture quality, with HDR settings automatically adjusting for optimal viewing on PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles.

The monitor supports variable refresh rates up to 120Hz for PS5 and PS5 Pro, and up to 240Hz on compatible PC and Mac devices. It also includes VESA mounting, two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port for PlayStation Link Adapters or other devices, built-in stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The new PlayStation Gaming Monitor is set to release in 2026 in the US and Japan, though pricing details have not yet been announced by Sony.
