With the launch of the Honor 500 series approaching, live images of the highly anticipated smartphone have surfaced on Weibo. These images provide an early look at the design of the Honor 500, offering a glimpse into its features and aesthetics.
The device, visibly held by Olympic champion diver Chen Yuxi, showcases a distinctive horizontal camera setup that aligns with previous leaked sketches. The back of the Honor 500 displays a two-tone finish, with a more vibrant shade surrounding the camera module. Resembling the design of the iPhone Air, the rear panel sports a streamlined visor/camera plateau that seamlessly integrates with the overall aesthetic. Additionally, the phone appears to boast a metal frame with a flat profile along its edges.
Rumors suggest that the Honor 500 will feature a spacious 6.6-inch display with a punch-hole cutout and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The primary camera on the rear is speculated to house an impressive 200 MP sensor. Recent leaks also indicate that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and 16GB of RAM, ensuring smooth performance. Furthermore, reports hint at an enormous 8,000 mAh battery capacity, promising long-lasting usage.
