Rumors suggest that the upcoming iPhone 18 lineup will feature upgraded selfie cameras across all models. According to analysts at JP Morgan, all iPhone 18 models will reportedly come equipped with a 24MP selfie camera, a notable improvement from the current generation's 18MP shooter.
Earlier speculations indicated that the 24MP selfie camera was initially planned for the iPhone 17 lineup but got delayed to the iPhone 18 series. The iPhone Fold is also rumored to sport an under-display 24MP selfie camera for its folding screen, while the iPhone 17e and iPhone 18e models may stick with a 12MP selfie snapper.
Expectations are for the iPhone Air 2, iPhone 18 Pro, and iPhone 18 Pro Max to launch in September, with the iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e following in spring 2027.
