Apple CEO Tim Cook Announces Plans for Increased AI Partnerships

Apple CEO Tim Cook recently discussed the company's successful Q4 results and future plans in an interview with CNBC. Despite facing supply constraints on certain iPhone models, Apple reported a revenue of $102.5 billion for the quarter. Cook projected a revenue growth of 10%-12% for the upcoming Holiday season.

Cook also revealed that Apple is set to launch a revamped version of Siri with enhanced AI capabilities in 2026. The updated Siri was originally scheduled for an earlier release but faced delays. Additionally, Apple is looking to collaborate with more AI providers to expand its Apple Intelligence suite, following a previous partnership with OpenAI in 2024.

Amidst ongoing discussions around tariffs in the tech industry, Cook mentioned that Apple incurred $1.1 billion in additional costs in the September quarter and anticipates $1.4 billion in tariff expenses for the December quarter.
