Initially observed in testing over a year ago, the AI review summaries have finally made their way to the Play Store. When accessing app reviews, users will now encounter a section titled "Users are saying," featuring concise summaries generated by the AI.
The AI summaries are tailored for apps with a sufficient number of reviews and offer a brief overview of the most common positive and negative aspects highlighted by users. Additionally, users can explore specific themes mentioned in reviews by tapping on corresponding 'chips' displayed below the summary.
This implementation follows Apple's similar feature on the iOS App Store, showcasing a growing trend in leveraging AI for enhancing user experience and decision-making in app stores.
