Was this an isolated incident?
Galaxy S25 Plus is equipped with a large vapor chamber to regulate its temperature. Although the device can warm up during intensive use, reports online indicate that it tends to get hot even with normal usage. While there were initial complaints about the Galaxy S25 series phones heating up, these issues seemed to diminish over time. Nevertheless, the thermal management system should have prevented the device from reaching dangerous temperatures, raising questions about why Cheoeuijan-ah's Galaxy S25 Plus ended up completely burnt.I just received my S25 Plus today, and with minimal usage, I noticed the top of the phone overheating rapidly.

Hi everyone. I recently got my S25 Plus. I observed that each time I make a WhatsApp video call, the phone becomes very hot, reaching temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius after just 10 minutes. I tested this using the Ampere app.

Given that Samsung was contacted, it is unlikely that the device was counterfeit. An employee's Galaxy S25 unit had reportedly exploded previously, but this incident was kept under wraps.
