DJI has recently introduced the latest version of its smartphone gimbal, the Osmo Mobile 8, packed with upgraded features and functionalities. Available for purchase in China, this gimbal offers 360-degree panning, improved tracking capabilities, and a built-in extension rod for capturing unique low-angle shots.
Enhanced with a new fourth-gen magnetic clamp, the Osmo Mobile 8 supports larger and heavier camera modules, making it versatile for a wide range of smartphones. It also features an advanced tracking module with integrated tracking, audio recording, and adjustable fill light settings.
The gimbal offers up to 10 hours of battery life and can even charge a connected phone via USB-C. With ActiveTrack 7.0, users can experience improved tracking performance and dual-camera tracking functionality through the DJI Mimo app.
Priced at CNY 898 ($125) in China, the DJI Osmo Mobile 8 comes with the essential accessories and is also available in a Vlog kit option for CNY 997 ($140). It can be purchased through DJI's official stores as well as online platforms such as JD.com, Tmall, and Suning.
