Samsung's Galaxy A73 from 2022 is now receiving its last major software update as part of the promised four Android updates. The update includes Android 16 with One UI 8, marking the end of software support for this device. The update, with build number A736BXXUAGYJ1, is being rolled out in Asia and comes with the September 2025 security patches.
Users in Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam can now download the 2.5GB update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install. While the update is currently limited to these regions, it is expected to reach more countries in the near future.
