Samsung expands One UI 8 update rollout to seven additional smartphones

Samsung has broadened the availability of the One UI 8 stable update, initially launched for the Galaxy XCover7, to include seven more smartphones. The Galaxy XCover7 Pro, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A53, Galaxy M34, Galaxy M35, Galaxy Wide 7, and Galaxy Quantum 3 are now part of the rollout.

Samsung Galaxy XCover7 Pro

The Samsung Galaxy XCover7 Pro is currently receiving the One UI 8 stable update with firmware version BYI6 in South Korea, with plans to expand the rollout to other regions shortly.

Samsung Galaxy A33 5G

The update for the Galaxy A33 is also being rolled out in South Korea, featuring firmware version GYI3.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G

For the Galaxy A53, the update rollout in South Korea includes firmware version GYI2 for the 128GB 6GB RAM model and GYI4 for the 256GB 8GB RAM variant.

Samsung Galaxy M15

The Samsung Galaxy Wide 7, known as the Galaxy M15 outside South Korea, is now receiving the One UI 8 update with firmware version CYI6.

Samsung Galaxy M53

The Galaxy Quantum 3, also known as the Galaxy M53, is getting the One UI 8 update in South Korea with firmware version GYI4.

Samsung Galaxy M34

In India, the Galaxy M34 is receiving the One UI 8 update with firmware version M346BXXU8EYI8.

Samsung Galaxy M35

Lastly, the Galaxy M35 in India is receiving the One UI 8 update with firmware version M356BXXU5CY18.

If you own any of these smartphones and have not received the One UI 8 update yet, you can manually check for the update in the phone's Settings > Software update menu.
