A recent leak from Digital Chat Station has unveiled that the upcoming vivo X300 Ultra will be equipped with two 200MP cameras, making it the first phone in the world to do so. The main camera will utilize the IMX09E sensor, while the periscope camera will make use of the IMX09A sensor.

The IMX09E sensor boasts a 1/1.12” size with 0.7µm pixels and is manufactured on a 22nm node. It will incorporate "Hybrid Frame HDR" technology, enhancing dynamic range through Dual Conversion Gain (DCG) and Voltage Scaling (VS) techniques. This sensor is expected to offer over 100dB of dynamic range, improved full-well capacity, higher sensitivity, and features like 2x and 4x in-sensor lossless zoom and 2x2 OCL (on-chip lens) for superior autofocus performance.

In addition to the dual 200MP cameras, the vivo X300 Ultra will also come equipped with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus. On the other hand, the vivo X300 Pro variant will feature a customized 200MP sensor from Samsung for its periscope and likely a 50MP Sony LYT-828 1/1.3” sensor for its main camera.
