The highly anticipated vivo X300 series is set to make its debut in the coming months, and new information has emerged about the camera sensors that will be incorporated into the flagship X300 series devices.

Insiders have revealed that vivo has confirmed the use of enhanced camera sensors in their next-generation smartphones, potentially referring to the upcoming X300 series.

Among the key details disclosed include the adoption of a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 primary rear sensor and a cutting-edge 200 MP sensor from Samsung for the X300 Pro model.

The Sony sensor is expected to support Hybrid frame-HDR technology, with vivo promising an overall enhancement in image quality thanks to the incorporation of their VS1 and V3+ chips.

Rumors suggest that vivo's upcoming flagship lineup will include a standard X300 model, a potential compact Pro mini variant, and the feature-packed Pro model. The X300 Pro is rumored to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and house a massive 7,000 mAh battery.

The launch of the X300 series is expected in China this October, with a global release following in December. Additionally, an Ultra variant is anticipated to hit markets early next year.
